A variety of employment opportunities are available statewide through TBCH. The unique and special nature of TBCH requires all employees to manifest Christian conduct and actions which project an image consistent with the purpose and mission of both TBCH and the Tennessee Baptist Convention.

Houseparents, social workers, support staff, and management positions are utilized by TBCH. Employee compensation and benefits vary with positions.

Persons interested in applying for TBCH employment must complete an employment application. The application may be downloaded and mailed or faxed to each TBCH location he/she is interested in being considered.
